Your hair appointments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. When you schedule your appointment with me, you are agreeing to my policies. Please take a moment to read the following information: I recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose the opportunity to offer you service, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for that time. Late Policy If you arrive later than your scheduled appointment, I will make every effort to accommodate you, however, this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other on time clients and you will be charged the full price of the service or treatment. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be canceled and will be charged full price for the service or treatment scheduled. Last minute schedule changes will only be honored if a service appointment is available for a later time the same day of the original appointment and other clients are not inconvenienced. Cancellation and No-Show Policy Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24 hour notice and no shows will be charged the full price for the service or treatment scheduled. I do not provide refunds for canceled or no show appointments and all service sales are final.
